first let me be clear i'm in no need to unload this car so I am firm on price and will not trade the car for a complete shit box.

1979 ford fairmont very clean body as in 99.9 percent rust free has a crap load of parts on it. aje tubular k member and coil overs tubular rear control arms 8.8 with c clip elims and spool diff girdle and 4.10 gears. comp adj rear drag shocks front lakewood drag struts. weld drag lites all the way around with 26x10.5 slicks. 16 gal fuel cell flush mounted into the trunk 190gph fuel pump all new aeroquip -8 fuel line installed last yr billet regulator.
mallory digital progamable ingnition with mallory billet dist and mallory 65,00volt coil. dual elctric fans and big ass radiator. flaming river manual rack and shaft. engine is a 383 sbc with dart heads vic jr intake all eagle rotating assembly with srp pistions sfi ballancer and flex plate. full hyd roller valve train with custom billet cam 1k just in cam and lifters. bigs 950 cfm custom carb. kooks 1" 7/8 headers msd starter. trans is a brand new DRC th350 fullmanual with hardend sprg ect.. and brand new 4000 stall tci converter with anti balloning plates and tci kevlar trans shield. eng and trans have dyno time and 20 miles of driving on them have dyno sheet for eng it makes realy good power on pump gas.

it has not been down the track since last yr and the motor and trans have been redone since then over this summer.it ran in the mid 11's on a slipping trans and a hurt motor last fall when i first had it running. i do have a few more pics but they're similar to what i posted if you would like to see the car call me and we can set up a time for you to check it out. 630-881-1417

it was forsale as a roller i bought it and put a new motor in it. but the trans i was given with the roller that was supposed to be good was bad and it took the first new engine out by killing the thrust bearing. so i went through it all again with a whole new trans and converter and had the engine redone made some changes and dynoed it this summer and put it all back together and in the car again.
